This is my Girlfriend from redditgetsdrawn

The 3/4 view was the first thing that attracted me to this submission. I also liked the expression as well as how some of the lighting and shadows played out in the submission. I really do need to branch out and explore various ethnic selections as well as more males. I realize that much of my selections tend to fall into certain groups and it is always a good idea to draw more variety.

This portrait was drawn in ink, scanned, and then digitally manipulated and colored to create the final artwork that I felt worked best to submit back to Reddit Gets Drawn for the pleasure of the poster who submitted their photo. I love to draw and the best thing about this is that I choose which photos to draw, however, I have received many requests from people for me to do their commissioned portraits.
