For this Reddit Gets Drawn digital drawing of FlamaxBlanca by Sean Carter I had many reasons why I chose the submission. So, the angle of the face attracted me as well as the color of the hair (and how well it all meshed). I had originally planned to draw the flower elements, but as I worked on it I really liked it without them as well and I didn’t want them to distract from the rest of the picture. This had some wonderful curls and that is always a bonus for me to pick the image. Finally was the wonderful eyes and the way they peer at you with the very slight expression on the mouth.

This Reddit Gets Drawn digital drawing of FlamaxBlanca by Sean Carter was drawn in ink, scanned, and then digitally manipulated and colored to create the final artwork that I felt worked best to submit back to Reddit Gets Drawn for the pleasure of the poster who submitted their photo. I love to draw and the best thing about this is that I choose which photos to draw, however I have received many requests from people for me to do their commissioned portraits.
