2017 was the first year I’ve done the Inktober Challenge. This Inktober drawing was based on the official list for 2018, and the prompt was “Drooling”. I always wanted to be a scientist, and it is one regret of mine. I loved science and I loved art but it was art that won out, but I do still study and read a lot about science. I thought I would go for the first thing I think of when it comes to drool and that is the fascinating experiments of Pavlov.

It was drawn in ink, scanned, and then digitally manipulated and colored to create the final artwork that I felt worked best. It is based on the style I’ve used for the past year or so of Reddit Gets Drawn portraits and is part of my new “Fantasy Themes” that I’m working on. I love to draw, and the best thing about this is that I choose which photos to draw, however, I have received many requests from people for me to do their commissioned portraits.
